It is possible to be absent from one poster session or lecture if you have a good reason. As a compensation, I would ask you to prepare an essay of (min) two pages on lecture or one of the poster topics presented in the session. Essay must be stored in Optima on Absence essays forlder in the same format as the Extended abstract.

In addition, similarly to all other students, I expect you to return your learning diaries on the missed poster session as well by having a look at the posters and abstracts (will be posted in Optima) afterwards.
