Returning the reports

Reports can only be returned on paper. The papers are to be returned to the course mailbox, which is located in front of the room A112 .

Deadlines, fall 2005

Students can return their work during the fall. Last deadline is 7.12.2005, but for the Network Tools assignment it is 7.10.2005. Assignments that are returned after the last date will not be graded, but boomerangs will have one week time to be fixed.

Laboratory assignments

The number in parenthesis after the assignment name indicates the difficulty of the assignment (1-5). High number (5) means that you need to read the assignment carefully through and understand what is done in each phase. In addition to this, it is recommended that you prepare the commands and/or configuration files beforehand. A low number (1) means, that if you are familiar with the subject, you can just do the preassignment and come to the class. In the laboratory, there is an SSH-client available in every computer and you can access your Cc or Niksula account from the computers attached to the .sec -network.
