| 12.11. 18.00 in T3 | Meeting with all students. The practical arrangements for the seminar in Sjökulla are explained and instructions for how to present the paper or poster in Sjökulla are given. | Recommended. |
| 18.11. at 8.00 am | Camera ready submission | Submit your camera ready paper as a PDF to your tutor and your opponent and as a PDF and a LaTeX file to iwork@tml.hut.fi. DO NOT BE LATE. The papers are gathered into one booklet starting at 8.01. |
