Our main sources of research funding include Tekes and industry partners, European Union, Academy of Finland and HIIT.
Our international collaboration includes University of California at Berkeley in USA, Swedish Institute of Computer Science (SICS) in Sweden, Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications (BUPT) in China, Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) in India among others.
In addition to collaboration in research we do collaboration in education. Together with The Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Technical University of Denmark and University of Tartu in Estonia we offer EU's Erasmus-Mundus double degree programme NordSecMob and together with School of Informatics in Spain and Instituto Superior Técnico in Portugal a double degree programme based on the Mobile Computing -programme.
We have collaboration with the following industry partners: Nokia, Ericsson, Nokia Siemens Networks, TeliaSonera, Elisa, Finnish Defence Forces ja CSC.
